First trip to Europe using a manual chair and I’m honestly a bit overwhelmed. Five days, staying somewhere near Termini because that seemed sensible for transit.
I’ve read the Rome guide here and the cobblestone warnings have me nervous. For anyone who’s actually done it — did you base yourself centrally and accept slower going, or stay further out and rely on transit? And is November a good or terrible time for this?
Not looking for a full itinerary, just want to know if I’m thinking about it the right way.
